If you bought a FuelMax Product manufactured and distributed by International Research and Development, you may be eligible for a refund. The amount of your refund will depend on the number of consumers who request refunds.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) alleged that the marketers of FuelMax Products made deceptive claims about FuelMax’s ability to improve fuel efficiency and increase the miles per gallon that vehicles can experience. The marketers of FuelMax Products denied those charges, but settled with the FTC and provided money for consumer refunds.

We are the only Claims Administration Center authorized by the FTC to mail notices and claim forms and to process claims and pay refunds in this settlement. You do not have to pay any money to receive your refund. If another company or individual contacts you and asks you to send them money or information in return for a FuelMax Product refund, please call the Claims Administration Center immediately at 1-800-356-4638.
